Instead of ready-made staircases, our scaffolding stairs consist of separate stringers and steps that are fitted during stairway assembly. The advantage of this is that all components can be transported manually up or down (parts of) stairways that have already been assembled. This eliminates the need for a crane.

In order to help design stairways for scaffolding with a 50 and 54-cm tube diameter and different storey heights, our assortment includes accessories of various sizes.

Layher stairs and access systems are in compliance with OSHA and the IBC for construction and public access, providing the safest possible use in any application. Our system staircases meet the latest MOL requirements for emergency egress, a criteria ready-made staircases do not meet.
